Artistic reflection

In the second part of his masterlecture Bart van Rosmalen introduces the idea that there are forms of research that maintain their immediate connection with music.

“This could be research of a living practice, for example, such as your own playing, or the presentation of research-outcomes in a more artistic way. I propose to call this form of presentation ‘artistic reflection.”
